Service Description

I am offering a special package rate for Attendees at the Villa Ahmyo Events. The price listed here is the full amount for the requested dates, November 16th-23, 2023. The amounts will vary based on your arrival and departure dates, length of stay, and options for including tours. Your payment secures the room during your event.. This guest room is only available to Villa Ahmyo Event Attendees. I offer all meals as part of this special rate. The location of my private apartment is at 1200' elevation, providing fresh mountain/ocean breezes, a beautiful view of the ocean off of the covered lanai, where we will dine. The room provides a wardrobe for hanging clothing, a desk for a workspace with drawers for storage, a lighted makeup mirror at desk, coffee and teapot, hi-speed wifi, privacy door, garden view, space to breathe and bench, any other trips needed for shopping and supplies, or lunches or dinners out with Shaumbra, beach trips for rejuvenating, Kona Coffee and/or wine with meals, filtered water, beach gear, reef safe sunscreen, shampoo & conditioner, body wash, shared bathroom with Bathtub/Shower, blow dryer, fresh towels, laundry service, hand steamer for clothing, garden area, fresh island fruits, relaxing music, Egyptian cotton sheets that are silky soft, full/queen platform bed, satin eye mask for sleeping deep. USB ports next to bed for charging devices. I can be flexible with your check-in and check-out times. I will provide your shuttle services upon your arrival and departures. Prices for those will vary depending upon the times of your flights. Very late or very early arrivals will be slightly higher. If you are gluten and/or lactose intolerant, your daily meal price will be slightly higher, but I can accommodate those dietary needs. Please provide any food allergies or sensitivities prior to my price quote submission to you. Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, there will be a 20% cancellation fee for cancellations requested up to 2 months prior to the beginning of your booking service start date. If your cancellation request is within 2 months of your service beginning date, the cancellation fee with be 25%. Cancellation requests should be made by emailing me through this website. You must provide your name, the date of your tour or service, and what method of payment that you used. Due to the limited spaces available for our private tours or services, there will be no refunds if requests are made within 2 weeks of your booked tour or service. If there are openings available, we will make every attempt to assist you to reschedule your tour or service, if you choose.
