Enjoy the magic of Rainbow Falls, then up the coast to Akaka Falls for a lovely hike through the dense and magical rainforest. Drive back to Hilo for a lovely lunch at Pineapples Fresh Island Cuisine before heading to Old Crater Rim to experience the energies of Kilauea Volcano which is active right now. Departure time: 12:00pm from your Resort or Airbnb Arrive at Rainbow Falls: 1:30pm Depart Rainbow Falls: 2:00pm Arrive Akaka Falls: 2:30pm Depart Akaka Falls: 3:30pm Lunch at Pineapples Island Fresh Cuisine: 4:00pm Depart for Volcanoes National Park: 5:00pm Arrive at Volcano Old Crater Rim drive: 6:00pm Hike to Kilauea Volcano observation area: 6:30pm Depart Volcanoes National Park: 7:30pm Approximate return: 9:30pm Please wear comfortable clothing and bring layers for warmth during the evening hours at Volcanoes National Park. It can be windy and cooler up there.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, there will be a 20% cancellation fee for cancellations requested up to 2 months prior to the beginning of your booking service start date. If your cancellation request is within 2 months of your service beginning date, the cancellation fee with be 25%. Cancellation requests should be made by emailing me through this website. You must provide your name, the date of your tour or service, and what method of payment that you used. Due to the limited spaces available for our private tours or services, there will be no refunds if requests are made within 2 weeks of your booked tour or service. If there are openings available, we will make every attempt to assist you to reschedule your tour or service, if you choose.
