Service Description

Daily shuttle service to Villa Ahmyo. Pick-up from and drop-off to your resort location each day of the event. Monday, May 15 through Thursday, May 18, 2023. I will coordinate the pick-up and drop-off order to be the most time efficient based on where all riders are staying. I will email you the time for you to be ready each morning. Please be ready at your pick-up location at your designated time. The shuttle service will arrive at the Villa at 9am each day. The afternoon shuttle will depart the Villa at approximately *1:45pm. *This depends on how long the sessions go each day. During the checkout process, there is a comments section for your info. Please provide the address where you are staying, the name of the resort if applicable, or whether you are staying at an Airbnb residence. Please also provide your cell phone number so that I may contact you if necessary. Those attendees from other countries, please download WhatsApp so that we can communicate with each other during your event. It will be an honor to serve you while you are visiting the Big Island! Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, there will be a 20% cancellation fee for cancellations requested up to 2 months prior to the beginning of your booking service start date. If your cancellation request is within 2 months of your service beginning date, the cancellation fee with be 25%. Cancellation requests should be made by emailing me through this website. You must provide your name, the date of your tour or service, and what method of payment that you used. Due to the limited spaces available for our private tours or services, there will be no refunds if requests are made within 2 weeks of your booked tour or service. If there are openings available, we will make every attempt to assist you to reschedule your tour or service, if you choose.
