Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your tour date. We will be happy to issue a refund within this time frame. Please allow up to 7 days for processing of the refund. There will be a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation requests must be made by contacting us through our website. You must provide the date of your tour, the name of your tour and what method of payment that you used. Due to the limited spaces available for our private tours, there will be no refunds if requests are made within 2 days of your tour departure time. If there are openings available, we will make every attempt to assist you to reschedule your tour, if you choose.
