It is my pleasure to offer this private service while keeping my new Quartz White 2022 Hyundai Tucson sanitized. I will assist loading and unloading your luggage. I provide water or other beverages if you have requested prior to your arrival date. My Tucson accommodates up to 4 passengers comfortably. Enjoy the convenience of prescheduling your pick-up from Kona International Airport prior to your arrival. Avoid long waiting times while enjoying curb-side service at your arrival gate. Please provide your itinerary for your arrival and/or departure times, and your pick-up location (your resort or requested pick up location), so that I may quote you pricing for your airport shuttles. Enjoy the convenience of a private shuttle service. No stress, no worries... in the comfort of a Hyundai Tucson SUV. Peaceful music, cool air, and all you have to do is relax and enjoy the ride. Once you contact me with your itinerary, I will send you a price quote for your approval. Once you have approved the quote, I will create a custom shuttle service for you under the Airport Shuttle Services tab, based on your arrival/departure dates, times and location of your pick-up and drop offs. When you are ready to book your shuttle service you will need to go to the date of your arrival to select that date and time. After you have selected the date on the calendar, and your arrival time, the BOOK ONLINE button will become active. Mahalo, Kathleen
For cancellations, there will be a 20% cancellation fee for cancellations requested up to 2 months prior to the beginning of your booking service start date. If your cancellation request is within 2 months of your service beginning date, the cancellation fee with be 25%. Cancellation requests should be made by emailing me through this website. You must provide your name, the date of your tour or service, and what method of payment that you used. Due to the limited spaces available for our private tours or services, there will be no refunds if requests are made within 2 weeks of your booked tour or service. If there are openings available, we will make every attempt to assist you to reschedule your tour or service, if you choose.
